About the club

St George Dog Training Club is a not-for-profit community group, run by a committee of dedicated volunteers. Meeting every Sunday at 8am at Cahill Park, Wolli Creek, our classes are graded from beginners to advanced, across all age and training ranges. We are a small friendly club with experienced, patient trainers.

Whether your best friend is a squiggly little pup in need of some basic manners or, an older pooch looking for physical and mental exercise, we invite you to join us.

QUICK QUIZ:
Does your dog take YOU for a walk, pulling you down the street?

Can you not get your new puppy to walk on a lead?
Is your dog a Puppy School graduate looking for what's next in obedience training?
Do you want your dog to get to know other dogs in a controlled, responsible environment?
Are you looking for a fun way to spend time and bond with your furry best friend?

If you answered “Yes” to any of the questions, maybe you should come by to speak to our trainers and watch the action for yourself.

“When my 6 month old puppy Teddy & I started at dog club, I couldn't get him to walk on a lead - I had to drag him across the park on his butt to get him to move! But within three weeks of training, we were going for walks every morning and loving it!" - Elise and Teddy
